This privacy policy explains how Outcasts BV (“we”, “us”) uses personal data on the Flappies website. It covers this marketing site and the contact form only — not a self-hosted Flappies cash register that you run yourself.

Why we use it

We use contact-form details to read your message and reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and — where needed — taking steps at your request before a possible agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry. After that we delete them from active use. Copies may remain for a limited time in email backups.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use an analytics or advertising service.

We load the Nunito font from Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address and browser details to deliver that font. See Google’s privacy policy.

Who we share data with

We send contact-form messages by email to our inbox. That means the data is processed by our email provider as well as by us.

We do not sell your data. We only share it if we must (for example with a professional adviser, or if the law requires it).
